About Our Services
Orange Circle Branding Agency is a creative agency offering branding, design, marketing, and printing solutions. Our services include but are not limited to logo design, brochure design, catalogue design, packaging design, menu design, flyer design, graphic design, brand strategy, marketing consultancy, and printing services.
All our services are customized based on client requirements, timelines, and approved quotations.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, submitting a project inquiry, or signing a design contract with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to abide by all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services signifies acceptance of those updates.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their business, brand guidelines, project requirements, and content.All design materials (text, images, logos, product details, etc.) must be owned or properly licensed by the client. Orange Circle is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations resulting from client-provided content.Timely communication and feedback are essential to meet project deadlines. Delays in client responses may extend delivery timelines.
Project Timelines and Revisions
All project timelines will be mutually agreed upon before the project begins. Timelines may vary depending on project complexity and feedback cycles.Each project includes a fixed number of revision rounds (as specified in the quotation or proposal). Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed terms may incur extra charges.Orange Circle aims to deliver all projects on time; however, delays caused by third-party dependencies, client unresponsiveness, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Pricing, Payments, and Refunds
All prices and quotations are provided in writing and are valid for a limited time. A 50% advance payment is typically required to initiate any project, with the remaining balance payable before final delivery or printing.Payments must be made through approved payment methods only. Once design work begins, the advance payment is non-refundable. Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases where Orange Circle fails to deliver services as per the agreed scope.Printing costs are non-refundable once production has started.
Ownership and Copyrights
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final approved designs. Orange Circle retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.All design drafts, concepts, and unused options remain the intellectual property of Orange Circle. Clients may not reuse or modify these concepts without written permission.The client is responsible for ensuring that final designs comply with local laws, industry regulations, and trademark requirements before public or commercial use.
Printing and Color Accuracy
While Orange Circle takes every precaution to ensure accurate colors and quality, there may be slight variations between on-screen visuals and printed results due to printer calibration, material differences, or lighting conditions.We always recommend reviewing digital proofs and requesting a sample print (if applicable) before mass production. Orange Circle is not liable for minor color variations that occur during printing.
Use of Digital Files
All final design files (AI, PDF, PNG, JPEG, etc.) are delivered electronically via email or cloud-based links. Clients are responsible for securely storing these files after delivery.We may archive your project for a limited time, but long-term storage or re-sending of files is not guaranteed unless covered under a maintenance agreement.
Confidentiality
Orange Circle respects your privacy and confidentiality. All project details, creative ideas, business information, and brand assets shared with us are kept strictly confidential.We do not share client information with third parties unless required by law or with client consent. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality service, Orange Circle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.We are also not responsible for losses resulting from client-provided materials, printing errors after proof approval, or delays caused by third-party vendors.
Third-Party Services
Some of our projects may involve third-party vendors, such as printers, photographers, hosting providers, or software platforms. While we coordinate with trusted partners, Orange Circle is not responsible for their performance, timelines, or errors.
All third-party service terms will apply separately.
Termination of Services
Orange Circle reserves the right to terminate any ongoing project or client relationship if there is a breach of these terms, misuse of our services, or non-payment.Upon termination, any completed work remains the property of Orange Circle until all dues are cleared.
Portfolio and Promotional Use
We may display completed projects (designs, packaging, logos, or print materials) in our portfolio, website, and marketing content to showcase our creative work. If you prefer your project to remain confidential, please inform us in writing before project completion.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [ Rajkot,Gujarat ], India.
